It is possible that many of you may already know the Gateway Voyage program. It is a “system” created by the Monroe Institute based on what is called Hemisync technology, consisting on the combination of bi-aural sounds of different frequency and tones, in a way that you can reach different “mental” states, allowing you to achieve extremely deep meditation, perform astral travel, contact with your guides and inner self, etc .

Since long  ago I own all the tapes and exercises, but it is been almost two years since I tried them for last time. However, I have felt lately the willingness of going over all the process again. This time, though, I have decided to write and share my experiences as I move forward with the different levels of focus in the program.

Probably because I have also evolved a bit since last time I used them, and because probably the experiences will be more meaningfull and useful for others.

So, keep tuned, cause as from the coming days will start explaining and sharing whatever I am able to notice in each step here in the blog.
