We ended the previous article with an introduction to the Higher Self and an explanation of where the information we publish comes from. Now, we are going to explore four different techniques that can be used to verify and validate this information for yourself.
Synchronicities
This is the method I have explained since the very beginning of starting this blog, and it is also the simplest for most people, so it is the first one worth revisiting. As we mentioned in the previous article, and in many others, reality can be understood as a vast “quantum hologram,” made entirely of energy expressed as waves that our senses and brain perceive, while the mind and consciousness decode them according to the filters, programs, archetypes, and belief systems each individual possesses. No two people experience reality in exactly the same way, because no two people have received the same conditioning, beliefs, emotional patterns, or mental structures throughout their lives.
If everything is fundamentally energy and projection, even though reality appears solid and immutable, then it can also be influenced and modified more easily than most people imagine. According to this perspective, guides, Higher Selves, non-physical beings, and even the different control structures operating behind the scenes of humanity interact with reality through this energetic framework. Used consciously and positively, this mechanism becomes a simple way to request confirmation about something you want to know.
The process works like this: you request one specific object or sign to appear in your reality if the information you are asking about is correct, and a different object or sign if it is incorrect. Some people even choose a third symbol for situations where the answer is only partially true.
For example:
I ask my Higher Self and give it permission to show me in my reality the object … such-and-such … if the concept or question …X… is correct…
You then create a second request for “incorrect” information. After that, you simply observe your daily life carefully and pay attention to what appears around you. This method acts like a personal compass, helping you gradually verify ideas, information, or intuitions.
Does it always work? Generally speaking, yes, especially for the average person. However, according to this framework, if someone is heavily influenced, energetically manipulated, or under strong psychological interference, the signs may become confusing or contradictory, because different influences could be acting simultaneously upon their perception of reality.
Pendulum Work
The second method is the pendulum, a tool that is universally known but not always used correctly. A pendulum is a physical object that responds to mental and energetic impulses, producing movements that can be interpreted as answers. It has been used for centuries in many systems, therapies, and energetic practices.
However, there is an important distinction to understand. In many cases, the pendulum simply reflects information coming from the subconscious mind. While the subconscious contains enormous amounts of data, it is still limited by conditioning, belief systems, mental programming, and the restrictions imposed by the collective paradigm in which humanity operates. The subconscious does not necessarily have access to the same level of information as the Higher Self.
For this reason, if the goal is to establish communication specifically with the Higher Self rather than merely accessing subconscious responses, an intentional “programming” process is required.
The idea behind this process is that the Higher Self respects free will completely and does not interfere unless permission is consciously given. Once that permission is granted, communication can flow more directly through what is symbolically described as the “golden cord,” an energetic connection between the Higher Self and the human personality.
The programming only needs to be done once because it is not connected to the pendulum itself, but rather to the agreement established between you and your Higher Self. In fact, almost any suspended object could function as a pendulum if necessary: a crystal, a keychain, a ring on a string, or even a stone attached to a cord.
The suggested programming statement is:
“I ask my Higher Self and give it permission to take control of the communication process through this pendulum, so that I may receive answers aligned with my highest good and with the energy of truth. I request the removal of restrictions and blockages within the communication channels of my mind, as well as any limitations present within the mental structures necessary for this communication. I ask that all answers received through this method come exclusively from my Higher Self, while blocking distortions, manipulations, or interferences as much as possible. Thank you.”
The intention behind the request is more important than the exact words themselves.
After this, you hold the pendulum and ask:
“Please show me YES.”
The pendulum will begin moving in a particular way. It may rotate clockwise, move back and forth, swing sideways, or use another pattern. That movement becomes your personal “YES.”
You then repeat the process for “NO,” and finally for “UNDECIDED” or “NO ANSWER.” In many cases, the pendulum will stop moving entirely for this last response, or move in a completely different pattern.
The “undecided” answer can indicate that the timing is not appropriate, the question is unclear, or that the situation does not have a simple yes-or-no answer.
According to this system, the pendulum may fail if there are strong emotional blockages, psychological resistance, energetic interference, or distortions affecting the person’s nervous system or mental clarity. Nevertheless, for most people, in most situations, pendulum work combined with synchronicities can provide surprisingly accurate insights.
Automatic Writing
The third method for verifying information is automatic writing, although in practice it is usually less “automatic” than the name suggests.
The idea is similar to pendulum work. The Higher Self communicates through energetic impulses carrying information, which are then interpreted by the mind and consciousness. A pendulum can only produce simple movements, but the hand can write entire paragraphs.
The method is simple:
You sit down with paper and pen, ask a question to your Higher Self, and begin writing continuously without stopping to judge, analyze, correct, reread, or filter what is coming through. The key is to avoid interrupting the flow with conscious analysis.
Often, the information received through this process feels deeply personal and emotionally significant, because it emerges from very deep levels of the psyche. In many cases, people experience profound insights, emotional releases, or unexpected clarity.
However, resistance is common. Some people may struggle to write anything at all because of fear, disbelief, self-doubt, or subconscious programming that rejects the possibility of this type of communication. The mind may insist that the experience is imaginary or meaningless.
According to this perspective, these fears and limitations exist because the energetic signal from the Higher Self must still pass through the subconscious and mental layers before reaching conscious awareness. If those layers contain strong skepticism, fear, or internal conflict, the message may become blocked or distorted.
With practice, emotional healing, mental deprogramming, and patience, many people report that the process becomes easier and more fluid over time.
Distortions in automatic writing are believed to come from psychological resistance, energetic interference, mental confusion, or emotional instability. Yet, for many individuals, it becomes an extraordinarily powerful tool for self-knowledge and inner communication.
Meditation and Direct Connection
The fourth and final method is meditation and direct inner communication with the Higher Self.
This approach may feel more advanced for beginners, but fundamentally it is very simple. Through relaxation and meditation, the person symbolically projects their consciousness upward toward the level of the Higher Self.
Nothing literally “leaves” the body. Rather, consciousness itself is expanded or stretched toward a higher frequency of awareness. During meditation, people often visualize a symbolic environment where they invite the presence of their Higher Self and begin an inner dialogue through thoughts, impressions, feelings, or intuitive responses.
You may ask for guidance, clarification, advice, help with personal situations, or confirmation about ideas and information you are exploring. Over time, and with continued practice, trust, emotional healing, and mental clarity, the communication may become increasingly fluid and detailed.
According to this perspective, the primary obstacles are usually psychological rather than external: fear, disbelief, rigid belief systems, emotional blocks, or the conviction that everything being experienced is imaginary. These internal barriers interfere with the clarity of the connection.
Nevertheless, for many people meditation becomes the most direct and profound method of communication with their Higher Self, allowing them to explore questions about life, purpose, consciousness, and personal growth in a deeply personal way.
In Summary
By combining these four methods — synchronicities, pendulum work, automatic writing, and meditation — it becomes much more difficult to be confused or misled about the information you are trying to verify. Together, they create multiple layers of confirmation that can help strengthen intuition, self-awareness, and inner clarity.
Over time, many people find that these practices gradually deepen their connection with the highest aspects of themselves, allowing them to feel more aligned, centered, and aware in daily life. Patience, consistency, practice, and an open but balanced mindset are essential, because the process usually develops progressively rather than instantly.
As with any inner practice, personal discernment, emotional balance, and critical thinking remain important throughout the journey.
